The Xiaomi 12 series has, at this point, become a rumour mill favourite. Why wouldn’t it be? The upcoming Realme GT 2 Pro will also be powered by this chipset. Xiaomi will probably beat them to it as their Xiaomi 12 series is all set to launch in China today!

Xiaomi 12 Series Launch: How to Watch Livestream?
As mentioned before, it will be a virtual launch event. The Xiaomi 12 series launch event is set for 7:30 PM China time. In terms of IST, this converts to 5:00 PM. This particular event will be livestreamed via the company’s official China website and Weibo.
Xiaomi 12 Series Price & Specs (Expected)
Starting off with the price of the smartphones, the vanilla model is expected to start from CNY 3,699. This converts to roughly Rs. 43,700. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 12 Pro will start from CNY 4,999. Now, this converts to approximately Rs. 58,800 in the Indian currency.
Talking about the Xiaomi 12 specs in the Xiaomi 12 series, it will come with a 6.28-inch 2K AMOLED display. Besides, this will be an LTPO panel as well. We will also be seeing a fast 120Hz refresh rate on the display. There will be Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top, as cherry on top.
Meanwhile, the Xioami 12 Pro will come with a larger 6.73-inch display. The other features and specifications of the display are similar to that of the vanilla model. Under the hood, both the flagship smartphones will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
In terms of battery, both the devices will carry the same 4,500mAh battery. However, the Pro model in the Xiaomi 12 series will bring a faster 120W charging to the table. The vanilla model will offer 67W fast charging support.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro camera specs are on the impressive side of things as well. As per rumours and reports, the device will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will reportedly include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and another 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom.
