Nokia C01 Plus Price in India
HMD Global has unveiled a new Nokia C-series smartphone. Nokia C01 Plus is currently available for pre-order in Russia for RUB 6,490 (roughly Rs 6,600). The phone is available in two colours: blue and purple. There is no information on when the phone will be available in other areas, such as India.
Nokia C01 Plus has a 5.45-inch HD+ LCD display with substantial bezels on both sides. Because there is no notch or punch-hole, the phone appears to be from 2017 or earlier. The bezel on the top has a selfie camera along with an LED flash to aid you in taking photos in low light conditions. On the back, you get a single camera sensor with a flash housed in a tiny camera bump in the middle plus a Nokia branding on the back.
There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack here. The speaker, on the other hand, is located at the back, toward the bottom. Because the Nokia C01 Plus is a budget phone, it comes with several compromises that some buyers may find unappealing. Because this phone lacks a fingerprint sensor, you’ll have to rely on the traditional PIN, pattern, and password methods. It is 9.3mm thick, making it somewhat thicker than the Nokia C1 Plus.
Here you’re getting a basic display setup measuring 5.45-inch along with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The HD+ display comes with a 720-pixel resolution. Although the display is not that great, however, for normal usage it’ll perform well.
A Unisoc SC9863a processor with 1GB of RAM powers the phone. The newly launched smartphone runs on Android 11 (Go edition) and comes with 32GB of internal storage that can be increased via a microSD card (up to 128GB). Nokia C01 Plus is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) phone that can take both Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.20, Micro-USB, FM radio, 3G, and 4G are among the connectivity choices available on the Nokia C01 Plus. The phone’s sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
On both the back and front of the smartphone, there is a single camera. Both modules have a 5 MP resolution and can capture video at a maximum resolution of 720p at 30 frames per second. One LED diode is attached to each lens.
In addition, Nokia C01 Plus has a small battery. A 3000mAh battery is located under the hood and is charged at 5W through a MicroUSB connector. For making the deal attractive, Nokia should have added a 5000 mAh battery or even a 6000 mAh battery here. However, a 3000 mAh battery is a major disappointing feature of the Nokia C01 Plus.
There are more cons than pros to this smartphone. Although the Nokia C01 Plus features a low price tag, there should have been at least one extraordinary feature to make the overall package attractive. However, any such feature is missing. The best suggestion is to go with some other brand or add few more thousands to your budget.
