POCO F10 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1200 × 2608 pixels and a pixel density of 416ppi. The device could offer a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole design, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 91.79% screen-to-body ratio for smooth and responsive visuals.

The smartphone may sport a triple rear camera setup featuring a 200MP primary sensor alongside a 50MP secondary sensor and an 8MP sensor. Camera features could include digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch-to-focus.
