Return Policy
We deliver what we promise. In a rare event where you’re not satisfied with your device, we have a no-questions asked Return Policy in place for you.
- Every refurbished device you buy comes with a 15-day return policy, applicable from the date of delivery.
- To return your device, you must raise a request by
- Calling our helpline number 7290068900 or
- Sending a “Hi” on WhatsApp at 9330303035 or
- Dropping an email at return@cashify.in or
- Reaching out to a nearby store. We’ll arrange a pickup after verifying the issue. INR 150/- shall be applicable on every pickup & drop.
Things needed to process the return
- IMEI/Serial Number Validation: This is needed to help establish the validity of the return period.
- Device Images: You’ll need to share front, side & back images of the device before packing it for pickup. We may also require a video recording of the device.
- Damage Reporting Timeframe: If you’re returning a device due to damage/physical condition issues, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video of purchased device.
- Return Reason Verification: In case the return is raised due to an issue with the device, the reason should match the issue, else, the return request shall stand cancelled.
- Seal Integrity Requirement: The seal inside the device must be intact. We might fail to provide resolution in case any tampering is noticed at the time of receiving the returned device.
- Return Packaging Requirement: Proper packaging is required to avoid physical damage during return transit. Cashify reserves the right to deduct/recover money for improper packaging.
- Agreement Completeness: This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Company and the Customer only.
- Force Majeure Clause: Cashify shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural calamities, strikes, Governmental actions, etc.
