TCL 30 XE 5G Launch in India 

The TCL 30 V 5G and TCL 30 XE 5G has been unveiled by TCL at CES 2022, both of which have AMOLED screens and 5G connectivity. Sub-6GHz 5G bands are supported by both smartphones, however, the TCL 30 V 5G has a mmWave connection for quicker downloads. The Snapdragon 480 5G SoC powers TCL 30 V 5G, whereas the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC powers TCL 30 XE 5G. The TCL 30 V 5G has a 50-megapixel triple camera arrangement, whereas the TCL 30 XE 5G has a 13-megapixel triple camera setup.

TCL 30 XE 5G Price in India 

According to the company’s announcement, Verizon customers will be able to get their hands on the TCL 30 V 5G, while T-Mobile subscribers will get first dibs on the TCL 30 XE 5G. TCL has yet to disclose the price and worldwide availability of both devices.

TCL 30 XE 5G Design 

To be sure, the TCL 30 XE 5G isn’t exactly a design stunner, but that’s not why TCL made it in the first place. It was designed to deliver a good 5G smartphone experience. However, this does not negate the fact that the smartphone is attractive from a design perspective. The thin, flat bezel that spans the length of the phone is both visually appealing and tactilely satisfying. The rear is made of plastic and is only available in shadow black.

Its matte surface on the rear should help prevent fingerprints and smudges, and the fingerprint sensor is located there as well.

TCL 30 XE 5G Display 

The phone’s display is a big 6.52-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 90Hz. In addition, Dragontrail Glass shields the TCL 30 XE’s display. While the TCL 30 XE smartphone is only available in HD 720p, you can also check out the 30 V 5G, which offers a full FHD screen and improved features for those who aren’t satisfied.

TCL 30 XE 5G Performance 

The TCL 30 XE smartphone has a single RAM and storage configuration of 4 GB and 64 GB, however, the internal storage is eMMC 5.1, which is slower than UFS, but we can’t expect more at this price. Mediatek Dimensity 700, a 7nm SoC with 5G capability, is featured by the device. It is capable of delivering a smooth 90Hz high refresh rate experience as well as very fast 5G connectivity. Also, keep in mind that it’s a 5G phone with dual 5G SIM capability.

TCL 30 XE 5G Camera 

A 13MP triple-camera back camera on the TCL 30 XE smartphone does nothing to improve its overall photography performance. All of the other two cameras are only there for the sake of numbers: the 2MP macro and 2MP depth have no real use. Even in the daytime, the quality of the images taken by the primary sensor is poor. Colour saturation and lack of fine detail are issues with this image. Things grow much worse at night since the quantity of light entering the sensor is so low that the camera has a hard time focusing.

On the front, you’ll find an 8-megapixel camera that, if you’re not too picky, can produce passable selfies. It is possible to shoot movies at a maximum of 1080p@30fps using both the front and back cameras without any stabilisation technologies. At this pricing point, it’s hard to find anything to be unhappy with, though.

TCL 30 XE 5G Battery 

To put it another way, the TCL 30XE phone features a massive 4500 mAh Li-Po battery, and the Mediatek Dimensity 700 processor ensures that the battery will last for at least a full day. You receive an 18W USB-C 2.0 fast charger, however, it does not enable reverse charging.

TCL 30 XE 5G Verdict 

An excellent CPU, 90Hz refresh rate display, and 5G connection make the TCL 30 XE 5G smartphone stand out.  If you’re looking for a 5G smartphone and this phone is right for you, it’s a no-brainer.
