Display: The Duo Has the Bigger Advantage
The iPhone 18 Pro Max gets a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR display. It is already large enough for gaming, streaming and everyday browsing.
Then there is the iPhone Duo.
It has a 5.4-inch outer display and a 7.6-inch inner folding display. Apple claims the inner screen provides around 50 percent more screen area than the iPhone 18 Pro Max.

Both phones are designed for all-day use, but their battery setups are different.
The iPhone Duo uses a dual-battery architecture. Apple rates it for up to around 44 hours of video playback using the outer display. Around 31 hours while using the larger inner display.
