The display of the Samsung Galaxy M51 is very similar to that of the display of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. Both the smartphones come with a 6.7 inches screen and Super AMOLED Plus display. They come with Corning Gorilla Glass V3 screen protection with a punch-hole display design.
Talking about the performance, the Samsung Galaxy M51 comes with an Adreno 618 GPU whereas the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite comes with an Adreno 640 GPU. Moving on to the operating system, both smartphones use an Android v10 operating system.
They both have a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset but the Samsung M51 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 whereas the Samsung S10 Lite uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855. Both the smartphones use the Samsung One UI with an Octa-Core CPU.

Memory and battery
Both the smartphones have two variants; the Samsung M51 comes in 128GB+6GB RAM and 128GB+8GB RAM variants. However, the Samsung S10 Lite comes in 128GB+8GB RAM and 512GB+8GB RAM variants.
The Samsung M51 comes with a 7000mAh battery capacity whereas the Samsung S10 Lite comes with a 4500mAh battery capacity. Both smartphones support fast charging and have a USB Type-C charging port.
Both smartphones have a front camera of 32-megapixels. However, on the rear end, Samsung Galaxy M51 comes with a quad-camera setup with 64-megapixel primary sensor. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite comes with a triple camera setup with a 48 MP primary camera sensor.
