    After placing an order, you can very easily cancel or reschedule your order, your Cashify Repair appointment or Sell your device appointment. You can go to ;My Profile’ section, then under ‘Orders’, you can cancel any of your active orders that you wish to. However, we would like to know a reason for your cancellation or rescheduling in order to understand and help you server better.

    Cashify Repair’s warranty covers a variety of issues with your replaced screen such as:

    • Dead pixels
    • Discolouration
    • Touch issues

    Accidental damage is not covered under warranty. This includes:

    • Mishandling that may have caused the frame of your smartphone to bend
    • Damage due to water
    • Accidental or purposeful drops
    • Software issues on your device unrelated to the screen repair
    • Any kind of damage that is not caused by Cashify Repair after the repair is done

    Pre-existing conditions/issues on your smartphone are also not covered under the warranty. These include:

    • Water damage
    • Jailbroken devices (iPhones) or rooted devices (Android)
    • Manufacturing defects

    Any kind of functionality issue with the spare parts are covered under the warranty. Please note only functionality is covered and no kind of damage to the part will be covered under this. Moreover, warranty on Batteries will differ from model to model based on mAh Capacity and Device specifications.

    For any orders, be it Cashify Repair or Sell, Cashify does not ask you to make any advance payment. You can make the payment for the service once the phone is repaired or sold and you are fully satisfied. You can either pay in cash or transfer money online via Bank IMPS Transfer, pay through Paytm or use Razorpay. You can use your card & swipe it to make a payment using the card machine available with our executive.

    Don’t worry, Cashify takes full responsibility for the phone once it is handed over to the Cashify experts/technicians. However, there is a minimal chance of damages/s as our team consists of trained professionals. If it does happen in an unlikely circumstance, we will fix your phone at our cost and return it to its original condition. Rest assured that your device is in safe hands.
