Honor X40 Price in India

The Honor X40’s starting configuration in China will cost CNY 1,499 (about Rs. 17,100), and it will include 6 gigabytes of random access memory and 128 gigabytes of built-in storage space. The edition with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage has been given an asking price of CNY 1,699 (about Rs. 19,400), whereas the version with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage has an asking price of CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 22,800).

Honor X40 Design

The Honor X40 is the first smartphone to feature the “Full Moon Star Ring” layout, which builds on the Honor brand’s instantly identifiable Star Ring architecture from prior generations. In addition to the standard black, white, and grey, you can now get it in the hues sky blue, light orange, amber green and magic night black. The Honor X40 also has an anti-fraud reminder feature built in. Features such as “notification guardian” and “long-time inactivity reminder” are new to this version.

Honor X40 Display

The Honor X40 has a 45-degree golden curved OLED 6.67-inch display. The 93% screen-to-body ratio strikes a good compromise between sleek design, comfortable handling, and dependable performance. Screen thickness is also more than average, coming in at 0.65mm of secondary tempered glass.

The Honor X40 lives up to the requirements of a premium device with its high refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, the display is capable of displaying one billion different colours, has a touch sampling rate of 300 hertz, and has a global peak brightness of 800 nits. In addition to that, it is capable of high-frequency PWM dimming at 1920Hz and eye protection PWM dimming.

Honor X40 Performance

Specifically, the Honor X40 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU. It’s an intermediate CPU, but thanks to some clever tweaking, it performs like a top-end model Also, there’s 12GB of RAM plus 256GB of storage space on board. Further, the memory fusion technique may be used on this gadget. This technology uses the hard disc sharing concept to provide the smartphone with more storage capacity. It gains a more streamlined capacity to open several tabs at once. According to Honour, memory extension technology may increase RAM by up to 7GB. So, the maximum amount of RAM this gadget may use is 19. Regarding the operating system, this smartphone arrives with Magic UI 6.1 pre-installed with Android 12 right out of the box.

Honor X40 camera

This modest device has a respectable camera for its price point. It has a massive 50-megapixel f/1.8 (wide) PDAF sensor in the back. This device’s back includes a second 2-megapixel, f/2.4 macro sensor. This smartphone has a twin camera arrangement in the back. Even if the number of cameras on the back has no correlation with picturing quality, this smartphone contains everything a mid-range consumer might want. LED flash, panoramic, and high dynamic range (HDR) photography are all supported by this smartphone. This sensor can record movies at a smooth 30 frames per second in 1080p.

This smartphone is equipped with an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera that has an f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies. This sensor is capable of recording video in 1080p at 30 frames per second. The overall quality of the camera is satisfactory enough for a smartphone priced in the middle of the spectrum.

Honor X40 Battery

Even though it’s a very lightweight smartphone, the 5100 mAh battery inside makes up for its svelte build. With this device’s compatibility with 40W rapid charging, it can be fully charged in almost an hour. The battery is expected to last more than two days with typical usage. After being charged and discharged a thousand times, the battery still retains over 80% of its original capacity. After 3 years of use, the battery will continue to be in top condition.

Honor X40 Verdict

The Honor X40 is a smartphone that is priced in the middle of the spectrum, but it comes packed with some pretty outstanding specifications. Users will have a stunningly attractive cinematic experience thanks to its dynamic display, which comes included. In addition, it comes with a powerful battery that can be recharged in a short amount of time for extended use. However, the fact that there are just two cameras on the rear of the device may dissatisfy prospective purchasers.
