iQOO Neo 9 is expected to have an OLED 6.72-inch display screen. It may have a 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution and 392 PPI pixel density. The smartphone is said to have a punch-hole design with a 20:09 aspect ratio. 

Moreover, the rumoured device may have an Android 13, Mali-G710 MC10 GPU, Octa-core CPU and MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor. It is said to offer 12GB RAM and a 256GB internal storage variant. Though the device is said to offer no extra expandable storage, the capacity offered seems to be sufficient. 

It is suggested to have a Quad rear camera, which may include 108MP, 16MP, 12MP and 12MP with a single 64MP front camera. For video recording, the device is said to have 1920 x 1080 resolution. The device may be packed with a Li-Polymer 5000mAh non-removable battery capacity with fast charging ability. It is suggested to offer an on-screen optical fingerprint scanner.
