Processor & Performance

Under the hood, both the Asus ROG Phone 5S and 5S Pro are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G SoC. The chipset is coupled with the Adreno 660 GPU for handling graphic intensive tasks. However, there is a catch. While the octa-core chipset pairs up with two RAM and storage options for the 5S in India, the 5S Pro has a single variant.

In fact, the single variant for the 5S Pro is indeed VERY stacked. While the 5S offers up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, the 5S Pro offers a staggering 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Further, things are completely similar in the camera department as well. Both the Asus ROG Phone 5S and ROG Phone 5S Pro offer a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel secondary sensor and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor. At the front, both the handsets share the same 24-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
