PUBG: Battlegrounds, The Little Acre and others are leaving XBOX Game Pass. These games will be leaving the service at the end of the month. But PUBG fans probably aren’t very disappointed as the game will be going free-to-play on January 12, 2022, anyway. 2022 is shaping up to be a major year for Microsoft and Xbox. The list of games leaving Game Pass this month looks like this:

  • PUBG: Battlegrounds
  • Pandemic: The Board Game (PC, Xbox)
  • Mount and Blade: Warband (PC, Xbox)
  • The Little Acre
  • Desperados III (PC, Xbox)
  • YIIK: A Postmodern RPG
  • Ghost of a Tale

These games will be leaving the XBOX Game Pass at the end of the month. Details are on the new service are still a bit sparse, but it doesn’t seem that far-fetched that Sony will be looking to compete with Xbox on that front. It will be interesting to see how Sony chooses to price the service as one of the most appealing factors about the Game Pass is its incredibly affordable pricing.

XBOX Game Pass: Future

Game Pass is set to add 31 days one title in 2022. Including games such as Total War: Warhammer 3, Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl, Redfall, Starfield, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Slime Rancher 2, Atomic Heart, Hello Neighbor 2, Weird West, and Sniper Elite 5 on its platform.

While the new list of 31 titles only includes games that will be available as day-one titles. Also, Microsoft is expected to add more games to XBOX Game Pass in 2022. Furthermore, this year, gamers were treated to titles like Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5, and the addition of 31 new days one titles that they can look forward to exciting titles in 2022.

In India, XBOX Game Pass price in India is set at a monthly fee of Rs. 489. Meanwhile, the more expensive Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription costs Rs. 699 a month. The games included on Pass will come on Xbox Series S/ X and Xbox One consoles. Some titles may be played on PC as well.
