iQOO 8 series launch is just a week away, as it is launching soon on August 17, 2021. We also know that the company will bring two variants in this series – the vanilla iQOO8 and iQOO 8 Pro. Ahead of the launch, the company has started teasing some of the key details of the upcoming lineup. Although leaks and rumours were already surfacing prior to any confirmations. However, this official teaser confirms the Pro model’s camera module details. Let us look at the details of the upcoming Pro model below:

iQOO 8 Pro camera specs confirmed
The latest teaser reveals that the Pro model of the series will come equipped with a triple camera. This camera module will come with VIS five-axis anti-shake micro-cloud gimbal stabilisation. It will have a 50MP main camera and a 48MP ultrawide camera sensor. The triple-camera setup will be completed by a 16MP mid-focus lens with a focal length of 14-60mm.

This leak comes after previous teasers revealed that the iQOO 8 Pro will power on Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC. In addition, it will supposedly be coupled with 12GB of RAM and 4GB of extended RAM. The device will also come with support for ultra-fast 120W charging.
Meanwhile, previous leaks have revealed its front design too. The leak confirms that the display would be a curved 2K display with a hole-punch notch to the top. In addition, it is confirmed that the Samsung E5 AMOLED display in use for the iQOO 8 Pro would come with LTPO or Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide technology. It allows for a variable refresh rate panel that can switch from 1Hz to 120Hz depending on the use case.

Additionally, it is confirmed that the iQOO 8 Pro model will come in a BMW Edition and a Black colour option. However, other details still remain a mystery.
