    iQOO Z5 Pro Spotted on Google Play Console; Launch Imminent

    The iQOO Z5 Pro device recently made an appearance at the Geekbench platform. And now, the very same model was spotted on Google Play Console. This indicates that the company is closing in on the launch of the new Z-series smartphone. The recent Geekbench sighting revealed the key hardware specifications of the device.

    The smartphone received TENAA and 3C certification a few days back. With the fresh appearance at The Google Play Console, the device render is now in the open and confirms the same specifications.

    The Z5 Pro was listed with model number V2148A at the Google Play Console. The device will feature a Full HD 1080 × 2400 pixels resolution display with a 480PPI pixel density and 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Snapdragon 778G processor. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM.

    The iQOO Z5 Pro will offer dual-SIM and 5G connectivity support as per the TENAA certification. According to the 3C certification, it will also come with 44W fast charging support. On the software front, the handset will run Android 11 out of the box. The phone will feature a punch-hole display. The right side will host the power and volume rocker.

    The rest of the specifications of the device such as storage details and selfie camera information are still a mystery. With several appearances on the certification and benchmark websites, the launch of iQOO Z5 Pro is nearing its launch. Though there is no official word on the launch date.

    There were actually two new Vivo phones apart from the Vivo Z5 Pro. The models mentioned on Geekbench were V2148A and V2129A. The Vivo V2148A phone recently appeared on the IMEI database. While we now know the former is the iQOO Z5 Pro, V2129A is still an unknown device. It made its first-ever appearance online.
