OnePlus officially launched the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 in India on February 7, 2023, at the company’s Cloud 11 launch event. These true wireless stereo earphones promise to have a total battery life of up to 39 hours with the charging case. Moreover, they come with MelodyBoost dual drivers. Each earbud comes with 11mm + 6mm dynamic drivers. Furthermore, the earbuds also include a custom EQ profile tuned by music composer Hans Zimmer.
Additionally, the earbuds also come with a default Dynaudio equaliser (EQ) setting, along with three custom EQ profiles — Bold, Serenade, and Bass. Price And Availability
The earbuds are available at a starting price of Rs. 11,999 in India. They are available in Arbor Green and Obsidian Black colour options. The pre-booking of the earbuds is up, however, the sale will go live on February 14, 2023, in the country. Customers can purchase the product via OnePlus India official site, Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, the OnePlus Store app, and other partners. Moreover, there’s a special variant of the earbuds for India called the OnePlus Buds Pro 2R. It costs Rs. 9,999 and will be available for purchase in March.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2: Specifications
The earbuds come with 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters. They come with adaptive noise cancellation (ANC) feature which is capable of blocking up to 48dB of external noise. Moreover, the earbuds come with a Transparency mode that allows users to receive ambient sound. Each earbud is said to have a battery life of up to 9 hours. The company claims that the earbuds can offer a total battery life of up to 25 hours with ANC turned on and up to 39 hours with ANC turned off.
They support Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connectivity and Google’s Fast Pair feature, along with dual connection support. The earbuds have a wireless range of up to 10 metres and offer an ultra-low latency connection of 54 milliseconds. They have an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance and a frequency response range of 10Hz to 40,000Hz. Lastly, they come with inbuilt IMU sensors that generate activity level and posture reminders.
