Realme has hiked the prices in India by Rs 500 for its popular smartphone models Realme 8 5G, Realme C21, and Realme C25s. While the said move significantly affects the offline stores, Flipkart and Realme websites are still selling the phones at their old prices.
Realme 8 5G, launched in April, was priced at Rs 14,999 initially. Later on, a cheaper variant 4GB/64GB model was launched at Rs 13,999 and later hiked to Rs 14,499. Realme C21 and Realme C25 are Realme’s budget offerings powered by MediaTek chipsets and have a triple camera setup on the rear with a primary camera of 13MP.

Realme 8 5G Specifications
Realme 8 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, accompanied by Dragontrail glass. Under the hood, it harnesses the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset alongside the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin.
The Realme 8 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also features 8GB RAM and a substantial 128GB storage, further expandable via a microSD card. There is a triple camera setup on the back with a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP monochrome camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Realme C21, C25 Specifications
Realme C21 has a 6.5-inch HD+ display and 89% screen-to-body ratio with a resolution of 720 x 1600. Powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC paired with IMG PowerVR GE83220, it features 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage further expandable via a microSD card. It runs on the dated Android 10-based Realme UI custom skin out of the box. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor similar to Realme 8 5G.

Realme C21 packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports reverse wireless charging. Realme C21 has a triple camera setup, with a 13MP primary sensor, 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP B&W lens. For the secondary cam, it has a 5MP snapper.
Realme C25 is powered by Mediatek Helio G85 chipset paired alongside Mali–G52 GPU. It runs on 4GB RAM and has 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The smartphone has Android 11 OS based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin . It packs a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support.
