Redmi launches its new smartwatch Redmi Watch alongside Redmi Note 10S in India. However, it first launched in China back in November. It comes with an IPS LCD color display, a 1.4-inch square dial, and a 5 ATM (50 meters) water resistance rating. In addition, it also  supports seven sports modes, 120 watch faces, and weighs just 35 grams with the strap. This new addition is the company’s second watch in the country and is a more affordable option.

Price, Availability

Redmi Watch price in India is Rs.3,999. It will be available via Mi.com, Mi Home, and Flipkart. Additionally, its first sale will begin on May 25th.

Redmi Watch Features

It has a 1.4-inch display offering a screen resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. Although the display is slightly bigger than what you get on a fitness band. Xiaomi equipped the watch with more than 200 watch faces. It weighs 35 grams with the strap and 31 grams without the strap.

Furthermore, Redmi Watch features several modes including outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, running, treadmill, walking, and swimming. It includes a 230mAh battery that claims to deliver up to 12 days of usage. Additionally, it will offer 24-hour heart monitoring and a 30-day report of the user’s resting heart rate.

Redmi Watch comes with a 24-hour real-time heart rate sensor, sleep detection, steps walked, calories burned, sedentary reminders, alarm reminder, and activity records. Sensors onboard include a six-axis sensor, geomagnetic sensor, Ambient light sensor, and heart rate sensor.

Redmi Watch also comes with a 230mAh battery which takes 2 hours to have a fully charge. Xiaomi skips the SPO2 feature on the Redmi Watch because of its inaccuracy. However, several smartwatches offer the ability of measure blood oxygen levels.
