Vivo has started teasing the Vivo S2 smartphone in India. The company has not confirmed a launch date yet, but its Indian branch says the phone is “coming soon.” Earlier reports suggested vivo could launch the S2 in India on August 6. The original Vivo S1 launched in India back in August 2019, so the Vivo S2 name returns after a long gap.

Vivo has set up a promo page on its official Indian website. The page gives a first look at the S2’s design. It looks similar to the Vivo X300 FE, but with two key differences. The S2 skips ZEISS camera optimizations, and it uses a dual-camera setup instead of a triple-camera system.
Vivo has not shared the full specs sheet yet. The brand only says the S2 will offer:
