Xiaomi could be gearing up to release a third tablet in its Xiaomi Pad 7 series, but it may not launch as the Xiaomi Pad 7 Max name as initially expected. Recent Bluetooth SIG certification hints that the device might be called the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra instead. The tablet appears in the Bluetooth SIG database under the model number 25032RP42C, which is usually one of the last stages before a product’s official release. So, let’s read ahead to know the reason.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Launch Details
The switch from “Max” to “Ultra” in the branding doesn’t necessarily indicate a change in strategy.

Based on current leaks and speculations, we can expect it to be the flagship model in the Pad 7 lineup, positioned above both the standard Xiaomi Pad 7 and the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro.
This Xiaomi Pad 7 ultra model previously appeared on China’s 3C certification site, confirming support for 120W fast wired charging. It’s expected to feature a 14-inch OLED display with slim bezels and a centered hole-punch cutout. However, other details about its specifications are still unknown.
Speculations With The Specifications
If Xiaomi is following the same strategy as last year, the Pad 7 Ultra could build on the foundation laid by the Pad 6 Max. That model featured a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, a 14-inch 2.8K LCD display at 144Hz, HDR10+ support, and a battery over 10,000mAh.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max also offered a quad-speaker setup, dual rear cameras, and reverse charging capabilities.
While none of these features are confirmed for the new model, with certifications piling up, it’s likely that Xiaomi will officially unveil the Pad 7 Ultra soon.
