ZTE Improves Camera And Face Unlock Features

Now users can have a full display on their smartphones without a camera hole. ZTE will be the first to launch an under-display selfie camera. The company will soon launch the second generation under display selfie camera Technology.

In the MWC Shanghai 2021 conference, ZTE revealed this idea. According to the Weibo account of the company, the technology will reduce the haze effect in the display area.

ZTE under-display selfie camera

The Axon 20 5g is a ZTE smartphone that came with the first under-display selfie camera. However, the smartphone came with the standard technology and performance. The frame-like screen Basil of the smartphone was a good feature. But the camera quality was not upto the mark.

ZTE second-generation smartphone

The ZTE company is launching its new second-generation smartphone. The Chinese company is claiming that the latest camera quality will be up to the mark. Also, the camera will come with an upgrade to the Face unlock feature.

According to the company, the pixel density of the screen area above the selfie camera will range from 200 PPI to 400 PPI. The claim that the display area will be more consistent and provide a better screen resolution.

Face unlock feature

The face-unlock feature of ZTE will improve tremendously in the second generation smartphone. The feature will use the under-display 3D Face Unlock Technology. Also, at the Shanghai conference, the company said that it will be the world’s first feature that will have under display 3D structured light scanner.

Lastly, the company was claiming that their facial recognition technology will be useful for various purposes. For example, 3D modeling, Augmented reality, and even for payments. Also, The under-display selfie camera will be a success in the second-generation smartphone.

The company claims that this technology will revolutionize the smartphone industry. In the coming future, every smartphone will have an under-display selfie camera.
