OnePlus Open 3 may feature a 5500 mAh non-removable battery with Super VOOC 80W fast charging support. The device could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There may not be expandable storage. OnePlus Open 3 is expected to run on Android v15 with the Oxygen OS custom interface. It could come with an Adreno 830 GPU and an octa-core processor, featuring a 3.2 GHz clock speed.

The front camera setup could include a dual 50MP + 32MP configuration, while the rear camera setup may consist of three 50MP sensors, capable of 4K video recording at 30 fps and Full HD at 30 fps. Additional features such as digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch to focus may also be available.

In terms of connectivity, the OnePlus Open 3 might support 5G, Bluetooth v5.3, Wi-Fi 4, NFC, and GPS (A-GPS, Glonass). The device is expected to feature a USB Type-C port, but it may lack a 3.5mm audio jack. Dual SIM support with Nano SIM cards could be available, but eSIM functionality might not be supported.

The display could measure 8.2 inches with an AMOLED panel, featuring a resolution of 1792 x 1920 pixels and a pixel density of 337 ppi. The 120Hz refresh rate and punch-hole design may contribute to smooth visual experiences.

OnePlus Open 3 might also come equipped with several sensors, including a light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, and gyroscope. Additionally, it could have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for added security.
