Poco has launched the rebranded version of the last year’s Redmi K40. This time Poco has come up with a powerful 5G smartphone, Poco F3 and offered a mesmerizing display with a huge 120Hz refresh rate and a stunning triple-rear and an excellent selfie camera for catering for the mid-range section. Poco has officially announced this device however the sale is yet to start. So before Poco F3 comes to the Indian smartphone market, let us take a look at all the specs one by one, for getting a better idea of what Poco has offered after separating from its parent company.

Poco F3 Price in India

There are two variants of Poco F3, one with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and another with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. As for the current pricing, the 6GB RAM variant is available at Rs. 18,999 and for the 8GB RAM variant the Poco F3 price is Rs. 20,999. You can buy the Poco F3 in Phantom Black, Metal Bronze and Frost Blue colour.

Before making a purchase, it’s better to compare the specs and another thing. For that purpose, you can check out the Xiaomi Mi 11x and Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro and see what they are offering. Both these devices belong to the same price range.

The design language of Poco F3 is quite simple and there is a punch-hole display on the front with a noticeable chin and almost bezel-less around the edges and top. On the rear, Poco F3 features a dual pattern design and carries a circular camera module at the top centre position with the quad-camera placed symmetrically in it. Here the fingerprint sensor has been integrated with the power button on the right side of the smartphone and there is a Type-C charging port at the bottom for connecting the charger. Overall, Poco F3 looks beautiful, however a little bulky with such a huge battery inside.

POCO F3 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED E4 touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate, making it ideal for graphic-heavy games. The screen provides full HD+ resolution along with a 360Hz touch sampling speed. Also, the display offers 1300nits of peak brightness and HDR 10+ for making the visual experience exciting. There is Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front.

The Qualcomm 870 mobile platform is there under the hood along with Adreno 650GP for powering Poco F3 smartphone. It offers 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.  As for the software, Poco F3 runs on MIUI 12. Although the chipset is heavy enough to provide an overall great gaming performance, Poco has also included Liquid Technology 1.0 Plus for taking care of the heating issues.

Poco F3 provides connectivity features such as dual-Sim, 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, Stereo Speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Dual-Frequency GPS, IR Blaster, X-linear motor and GPS etc.

The camera department consists of a 48MP triple-rear camera setup composed of a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, followed by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP telemacro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The camera features include Night mode 2.0 for photography and for videos there is Magic Zoom, Slow Shutter, Time Freeze, Night Time-Lapse and Freeze Frame Video etc. Also, you can shoot 4K videos at 30fps.

On the front, there is a superb 20MP selfie camera for capturing stunning selfies and the selfie camera supports selfie Night-Mode for photography and Movie Frame for videos.

For powering Poco F3, there is a 4520 mAh battery under the hood, which is sufficient for ensuring 268 hours of standby, 10 hours of gaming, 14 hours of videos and 149 hours of music. Also, there is support for 33W fast charging, which according to the company is capable of charging the battery up to 100% within 52 minutes.  For connecting the charger with your device, Poco has offered a Type-c charging port with Poco F3.

Poco F3 comes with a stunning display, offering a 125Hz refresh rate and an upright processor along with a mesmerizing front camera. There is support for 33W fast charging and the device has got ample storage and a decent battery backup. In a nutshell, if you have a sufficient budget you can go blindly with Poco F3.
