Samsung Galaxy A20e is launched with 5.8 inches display,  720X1560 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Priced expected to be lower than Rs.12,500; the phone is powered by 1.35 GHz octa-core Exynos processor. The Android device integrates a 3000mAh battery and supports fast charging.  

Apart from its low price, 5.8 inch HD infinity-V display with the biggest ratio is the main selling point for this smartphone. By providing sophisticated features in an affordable bracket, Samsung Galaxy A20e offers a great value for money. Rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, LTE support, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio are some other features that make it a competitive option in the smartphone arena.

Samsung Galaxy A20e is a bezel-free phone that comes with a slight chin. It features a 5.8 inches or 14.73 cm screen with 720 x 1560 pixels display. The phone weighs at 141g (4.97oz) with the body dimensions of 147.4 x 69.7 x 8.4 mm or 5.80 x 2.74 x 0.33 in. Front glass with ‘waterdrop’ notch gives the device an attractive outlook, and it is amazingly handy to hold. It provides both single SIM and dual SIM structure with support to nano-SIM.

Samsung Galaxy A20e comes with a friendly UI that allows users to scroll and view the screen in quite a comfortable manner. The phone is known to integrate one of the best types of the 16M colour screen with PLS TFT capacitive, which is touch optimized. The 5.8 and 2.74-inch specifications come with ~80.4% screen-to-body ratio. The sleek design fits comfortably in one hand and 19.5:9 ratio makes it a perfect phone for the users who don’t want to skip even a single episode of their favourite shows. 

Galaxy S20e’s lower price range does not render it any lesser than its siblings in the same arena. However, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage is a compromised feature when Samsung is offering 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in its previous launch such as Samsung Galaxy S10e. The phone can undoubtedly keep up while playing high-end games and watching YouTube or Netflix episodes. The phone can, however, provide a butter-smooth performance while browsing daily apps.

The Samsung phone includes Ultra Wide Camera that allows capturing the whole field of view and automatically switching to Wide Shot Mode wherever needed. 13-megapixel primary camera with 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera can take 123° field of view and fits more in each take. 8-megapixel front camera with Smart Beauty mode allows capturing smarter selfies while blending the background and focusing mainly on the object.

Samsung Galaxy S20e packs a 3000mAh battery which is plenty to stay connected the whole day while managing emails, organizing chats and listening to music. The battery of this Galaxy phone is not user replaceable, which means that some buyers may not find it much feasible. Though 15W fast charger makes recharging quick and efficient, it’s not the fastest wattage charger available in the market. However, 15W fast charger gets the job done quite efficiently. 

To sum up, Samsung Galaxy S20e is a nicely-sized smartphone that comfortably fits in hand and small enough to use single handed. Though it provides a 5.8 inches screen, the interface works even well. Media-wise, the phone is expected to offer more than the user expectations. Powered with Android v9.0 (Pie) operating system, the phone will perform well with many of its counterparts.

3000mAh battery will uncertainly last the whole day, and with fast charging, the user can quickly get a boost to keep the tasks going. Stickers, stamps and fun filters will allow showcasing the creative side while clicking the perfect shots. Samsung Galaxy S20e is undoubtedly a smartphone with a decent battery, good camera and satisfying performance, but, it does not support full HD display.
