About the Mobile Phone

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite Pros & Cons

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite is a less expensive variant of the Galaxy Note 10 series. While it is less expensive, it still has the S-Pen stylus that comes with the Galaxy Note series. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite boasts a large 6.7-inch display and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Samsung has included a large 4,500mAh battery. The Exynos 9810 SoC, which also powers the Galaxy S9 phone, powers the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes in two sizes: 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is powered by One UI 2.0 on top of Android 10. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite has an impressive offering of a stylus with a great design and build, and amazing camera quality at the price.

Pros:

  • In-display fingerprint scanner
  • S-Pen

Cons:

  • Old processor
  • No wireless charging

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite price in india

According to the latest information from Amazon India, there are two variants of the Samsung note 10 lite, one with, 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and the other with 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. Right now, both the variants are in stock and the Samsung note 10 lite price for the 6GB RAM variant is ₹39,999( Aura black)  and for the 8GB RAM variant, the price is Rs. ₹38,899 (Aura glow). The prices vary accordion to the colours of the versions of the phone. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite is definitely worth a look as it brings Samsung’s high-end hardware and specifically the S-Pen to the masses.

The front design has a punch-hole camera with slightly rounded corners, which do facilitate comfortable handling. Note 10 Lite does not look as premium and appealing due to the absence of glass rear panel, but the Aura Glow colour is trendy. This also makes the device void of wireless charging. A new rectangular camera module can be seen at the back.

Note 10 Lite, has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a punch-hole placed in the centre and 20:9 aspect ratio, which covers almost the entire front with slim bezels all around. This ‘Infinity-O’ display comes with a pixel density of 395ppi and has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Note 10 Lite is powered by the Exynos 9810 SoC, not the regular Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, which does work pretty well but it’s an old processor. Coupled with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, the device gives no sign of slowing down. Multitasking is a boon; app refreshing is smooth, and the overall user experience is also good.

The Note 10 Lite has an impressive triple camera setup at the back and a single selfie camera in the punch hole on the front. The triple-lens set-up of the device includes three 12-megapixel cameras with the primary having an f/1.7 aperture as well as OIS, the second being a wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and the third being a telephoto camera having an f/2.4 aperture.

Talking about selfies, we get a 32MP Selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture on the front, which takes detailed shots with colours on point.

The Note 10 Lite has a massive 4500mAh battery and there’s 25W fast charging support with the device, so you do get a 25W charger in the box. The bundled 25W charger delivers up to a 60% charge in just over 30 minutes.

The S-Pen does make the Note 10 Lite unique in this segment, but the old processor acts as a handicap. Still the presence of one of the decently reliable processors, impressive out-door photography, decent low-light photography, interesting S-Pen features, and a massive 4500mAh battery along with 25W fast charging surely make the Note 10 Lite a flagship device.
