Xiaomi Redmi K40 Pro Price in India

You can buy the Redmi K40 pro in three colour options, including Glossy Black, Icy White and Dreamland colour. Redmi K40 Pro comes in three variants and the Redmi K40 price for the base variant with 6GB RAM+128GB internal storage is RMB 2799 (Rs.31,969), followed by 8GB RAM+128GB internal storage variant at RMB 2999 (Rs.34,254). For the third variant with 8GB RAM+256GB internal storage, the price is RMB 3299 (Rs.37,680). As for the availability, it is yet to be confirmed when Redmi is going to make it available for the global audience.

Xiaomi Redmi K40 Pro Price in India

You can buy the Redmi K40 pro in three colour options, including Glossy Black, Icy White and Dreamland colour. With just 7.8mm thickness, Redmi K40 Pro features a slim and unique design and comes with a small punch-hole there at the top centre on the front side for housing the selfie camera and the rear is made of glass carrying a stylish camera module with two big sensors and one small sensor along with LED Flash. There is no under-display fingerprint sensor, irrespective of the AMOLED panel there at the front. The fingerprint sensor comes mounted on the right side integrated with the power button. The 3.5 mm headphone jack is missing, however, the overall design is stylish and lightweight.  

Redmi K40 Pro comes with the same 6.67-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, making it ideal for an ultra-smooth and satisfying gaming experience. The display of Redmi K40 Pro supports HDR10+ and DCI-P3 colour gamut for bringing a stunning array of colours and can reach a peak brightness of 1300nits while consuming less power.  

There is a more powerful processor under the hood than the Redmi K40. Yes, Redmi K40 Pro comes with a stronger processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor for enabling 5G connectivity. There is an Adreno 650 GPU along with the liquid cooling system for enhancing the gaming performance and taking care of heat dissipation. There is 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage for storing unlimited data and Redmi K40 Pro runs on MIUI 12. Also, there is improved Wi-Fi connectivity with Wi-Fi 6E.

As compared to Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro comes with an improved rear camera setup. Redmi K40 Pro features a 64MP triple-rear camera setup with a 64MP IMX686 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5MP telemacro camera. However, the front camera remains the same and there is a 20MP selfie camera under the minute punch-hole. With the rear camera, you can shoot 4K videos at 30fps and the additional features include HDR, Panorama etc.

Redmi K40 Pro features the same 4520 mAh battery under the hood as we saw in the Redmi K40. Also, the fast-charging capacity remains the same with 33W, capable of refilling the batter up to 100% within 52 minutes. So there is no change in the battery section as well. For connecting the charger, there is a Type-C charging port.

Xia0mi Redmi K40 Pro features an improved processor and rear camera setup and thus offers more in terms of gaming and photography experience. The over-all device features a power-packed performance with a solid battery, excellent display and a stylish design. If you have to choose between Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro, go with the Pro version.
