Talking about the refresh rate, both the iPhone 15 features the same 60Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the display type used in Apple iPhone 15 is the same Super Retina XDR.

Camera

There is one major change in the Camera of the Apple iPhone 15 when compared to the iPhone 14. There is now a 48MP primary camera coming with Apple iPhone 15 instead of a 12MP camera provided with Apple iPhone 14. The 12MP ultra-wide sensor has been retained. On the front, both the devices feature a 12MP selfie camera. Another change is the addition of Next Gen Portrait mode.
