You can exchange your working smartphone using the exchange program. The models that are currently supported will be available in the device selection list. You will be asked to enter your PIN code and IMEI number to confirm the eligibility of your device for exchange. If you do not see your device in the drop-down list, it means it is not eligible for exchange.
