    2. Initial valuation: You’ll answer a few questions about your old device’s make, model, and general condition to get an estimated exchange value.
    3. Purchase the new device: You pay for the new device, without an instant discount based on the estimated exchange value.
    4. Delivery of the new device: Your new phone is delivered to you.
    5. Old device pickup and final inspection: After you receive your new device, you will get 2 intimations:
      1. You will receive a text or WhatsApp message from Cashify asking you to confirm your preferred mode of payment for the old device. Click on the link and login from the same mobile number used to place an order with Google Store. You need to select your payment method in the Cashify portal to proceed with the exchange device pickup. Note: If you fail to select a payment method within 7 days, your exchange might be cancelled. If you do not see any message after 2 days of receiving your new device, contact Cashify or Google support.
      2. Once you update the preferred payment option, a representative from Cashify may contact you to schedule a pickup of your old device. You may also reach out to Cashify customer support (Email: exchange@cashify.in or Mobile: 7428698972) to reschedule your pickup. During this pickup, they will physically inspect your old phone to verify its condition against what you initially declared.
    6. Final valuation and payment: Based on the physical inspection, the final exchange value is determined. If the condition matches, you’ll receive the estimated exchange value (usually via UPI or bank transfer) on the spot or soon after. If the condition differs, the value might be re-quoted. You have the option to accept the new quote or decline the exchange and keep your old phone.

    2. Select “My Account” then tap on “Delete My Account”
    3. Confirm the “Deletion Request” through OTP sent on your registered mobile number
    4. Account will be deleted successfully within 15 days
    5. In case of any pending order(s), please cancel them first to proceed.
