Apple announced the next-generation Apple TV 4K at the ‘Spring loaded’ event. And this new Apple TV 4K has a brand new Siri remote. Highlights include advanced colour balance technology, aluminium design with high contrast buttons and high frame rate HDR. That will give you the best home theatre experience. This will cost around Rs 4400.

Apple’s designed its Siri remote again. And we can see a massive upgrade from the earlier version. The only thing that was missing was the U1 chip. Apple’s U1 chip is what allows Ultra-Wideband technology on a few of its products. It was U1 that makes easy tracking of the remote through Apple’s Find My app.

The Apple’s Siri Remote is now aluminium designed but is pretty thin and compact, which means they can still get lost in couch cushions and under people’s rugs. Moreover, it has high colour contrast buttons and a new feature that is Power Button. This entirely controls your TV set. That means only a remote is all you need for your entire TV experience. And not just the Apple TV itself, it also can turn off your TV when you finished watching, thanks to the magic of CEC.

Further, with Siri voice control, you can control HomeKit accessories, check the weather, watch sports, and much more. Siri works on Apple TV in Austria, Ireland, and New Zealand, which touches the other 13 countries and regions that already support Siri.

The surface of the direction pad is touch-sensitive. And also lets users swipe on it to navigate through the Apple TV. Unlike the last-gen Apple TV remote, the new features in the design, that makes it manageable to use in the dark. Users will now find a circular pad that features five-way physical controls.
