Vivo backed IQOO launched its IQOO 7 5G series just a few months ago. iQOO 8 is the next big launch that they are planning for on August 17. However, iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro specifications have been leaked. Though certain features were leaked, the most recent leak shows the entire specification for the upcoming smartphone.

iQOO 8 Specifications
The iQOO 8, seen for the first time at ChinaJoy’s conference, comes with a 6.56-inches AMOLED curved display supporting 10bit colour and has a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will have a 92.76% screen-to-body ratio with a resolution of 2376 × 1080 p.
As for the camera, it features a triple rear camera setup. It includes a 48 megapixels primary camera, a 13 megapixels (wide-angle) and a 13 megapixels portrait lens. It also accompanies a centre punch hole front camera of 16 megapixel.
The basic version will have two variants of processors, namely a Snapdragon 888 and a Snapdragon 888 plus. It has just one combination of RAM-ROM setup, which is 12GB RAM with a 256GB ROM. It also packs a 4350mAh battery with a 120 W flash charger.

iQOO 8 Pro Specifications
The Pro version comes with a debuting Samsung E5 Luminous Material AMOLED display with LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology, 6.78 inches in size, and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen-to-body ratio is 92.22%, with a resolution of 3200 × 1440p resolution and a 10bit colour support.
The Pro variant of the smartphone runs heavy on camera with a similar triple camera setup. The primary camera is 50 MP, a wide-angle camera of 48 MP and a portrait mode camera of 16 megapixels. Identical to the standard version, it features a centre punch hold front cam with a 16 MP lens.

The 8 Pro will run on Snapdragon 888 Plus and comes in two variants: an 8GB/12GB and 256GB / 512GB setup. iQOO 8 Pro supports 120W fast charging for its 4500mAh battery, alongside the 50W wireless charging and a 10W wireless reverse charging support. As per the leaks, the iQOO 8 Pro price is CNY 5,300, i.e. around Rs 60,700.
Both iQOO8 and 8 Pro will run on Android 11 based Origin OS 1.0. Other features include NFC support for multifunction like Vivo Pay, NFC electronic ID card, etc.
