Xiaomi is prepping up to introduce the MIUI 13 sometime in August. This will bring significant improvements over MIUI 12.5. Moreover, it is expecting to come on all the phones launched in the past two years. However, while it officially launches, leaks for the same are also pouring in. MIUI 13 - Leak- Weibo

Although the company has not confirmed a launch date for the next-gen UI – speculations are that it will come in August. However, thanks to leaks, new details of the upcoming MIUI version are surfacing on Weibo. According to a new leak, it will feature a floating window for games. This is totally new on any custom skin because floating windows for apps is what we have seen so far. Moreover, it will offer memory fusion technology support on MIUI 13. The memory fusion technology will be similar to that of the Virtual RAM, which we have seen in some recent Vivo, OPPO devices.

Apart from the memory fusion technology and floating window, the MIUI 13 will also bring in some UI changes over the current MIUI 12. It will introduce redesigned app icons, fresh wallpapers, new animations, sound effects, and more. Furthermore, the leakster Digital Chat Station claims that it will be available for all devices which are released in the last two years.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi CC 11 series and Mi MIX 4 are expected to come with MIUI 13 out of the box. The phones are expecting to launch sometime in August. As it comes closer, we will also get to learn which devices will be getting the new software version.
