Realme 8 5G Supersonic Blue Variant Teased, Spotted In Google Play Console

Leaks on Realme 8 5G is piling in more and more in the weeks before its’ launch. Moreover, it is teasing once again in a Supersonic Blue color variant ahead of its Thailand launch. It has also surfaced on Google Play Console and in an official press image. Realme Thailand had previously confirmed that the 5G variant of the Realme8 will launch in the country on April 21. However, there are expectations that Realme8 5G can launch in India on April 22. Although there is no confirmation from the company as of yet.

Realme 8 5G Color Options Teased

Realme Thailand shares an image of the upcoming Realme 8 5G in its Supersonic Blue color variant. It also shows a triple rear camera setup and Realme branding on the phone. Additionally, in its previous teaser video, Realme showed a Black variant of the phone along with the April 21 launch date for Thailand.

On the other hand, in a recent development, tipster Mukul Sharma shared a screenshot on Twitter. He claims that it is of a Google Play Console listing. Moreover, the listing shows the Realme 8 5G with a MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC (MT6883). It shows that the phone will come with 8GB of RAM — or at least one 8GB RAM variant — a full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display, and run on Android 11.

Although the tipster claims that Google Play Console listings have carried incorrect SoCs in the past. The Realme 8 5G will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. Moreover, a Geekbench listing also mentions the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and 8GB of RAM. An upcoming Realme 5G phone, expected to be the Realme8 5G, was also teased on Flipkart recently.
