    Realme 9 Pro Series India Confirmed To Have This Processor: Here are All the Details

    Realme has already confirmed its plan to launch the Realme 9 Pro series in India. It includes two smartphones in its lineup, namely, Realme9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+. Moreover, leaks and teasers of both variants have surfaced online. In addition, these phones are confirmed to support 5G connectivity. Although its’ Indian launch date is yet to get a confirmation.

    Earlier this month, Realme had introduced the Realme 9 series through the Realme 9i smartphone. It carries the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset and costs Rs 13,999 for the base model. Now, let us look at the details regarding the Realme 9 Pro series below:

    Realme 9 Pro+ World’s First To Feature MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G SoC

    Realme in a press release stated that the upcoming Pro+ will support 5G networks. It will also be one of the first smartphones to adopt the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor. However, this is all the company has revealed about the Pro+ variant.

    Meanwhile, the company is yet to reveal the Realme 9 Pro series launch date in India, but we expect that announcement will come soon. In the meantime, there is other information about the smartphones that have leaked. Let’s take a look at them below:

    Tipster OnLeaks with publication SmartPrix leaked the renders of both the Pro models recently. Starting with the Realme 9Pro+, the phone will come with triple rear cameras and three colours – Aurora Green, Sunrise Blue, and Midnight Black. The Pro model will also come with triple rear and at least three colour options.

    On the other hand, specs-wise, Realme 9 Pro+ will reportedly feature a 6.59-inch display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and 120Hz refresh rate. It will also carry a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The camera setup will include a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel shooter. At the front, it will likely see a 16-megapixel selfie camera inside the hole-punch cutout. Lastly, it may include a 5,000mAh battery.

    Meanwhile, Realme 9 Pro+ will reportedly feature a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ sAMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Other features include up to 256GB of internal storage, a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The phone might carry a relatively smaller 4,500mAh battery unit – likely to reduce the overall weight. It may get faster-charging tech support.

    Furthermore, early leaks have hinted at the Realme 9 Pro price in India, based on a leak. As per the reports, the Pro model will cost Rs. 17,999 in the country. This will be the price of the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Whereas, the 8GB+128GB model is said to cost Rs 19,999. This means you can expect the Pro+ model to be priced above Rs 20,000 in the country.
