Samsung has finally launched its highly anticipated A-series smartphones – the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Samsung Galaxy A34 5G. Both models feature Super AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates and flaunt triple camera units at the rear. The handsets run on Android 13 with a new One UI 5.1 on top. Moreover, the company is promising four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates for the new devices.

Price And Availability

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G costs Rs 38,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant. While the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has a price tag of Rs 40,999. The handset is available in Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White colour options.

In contrast, the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G costs Rs 30,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant, while the variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage costs Rs 32,999. Furthermore, the handset is available in Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, and Awesome Violet shades with an additional Awesome Silver finish. Both handsets will go on sale later this month in different markets.

Moreover, customers can avail of a cashback of Rs 3,000 on both phones or Rs 2,500 off on availing of Samsung Upgrade. In addition to this, both devices will be available on EMI options also across retail stores, Samsung.com, and other online platforms starting March 28, 2023. Users pre-booking the devices from March 16 to March 27 can also avail of the special offer on Galaxy Buds Live at Rs 999.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G sports a 6.6-inch sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor and comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Additionally, it runs on the latest Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 custom skin out of the box.

In terms of optics, the handset features a triple rear camera unit led by a 48-megapixel primary camera. Along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. Additionally, it also offers a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Lastly, the smartphone features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G boasts a 6.4-inch sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It runs on an octa-core Exynos 1380 processor and packs 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage that is expandable via a microSD card of up to 1TB. Moreover, it also packs a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

In terms of optics, the handset features a triple-rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary camera. Along with a 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Additionally, it also comes with a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Lastly, it comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, Dolby Atmos, an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and Type-C audio.

Moreover, both devices support 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo for connectivity options.
