Tecno’s new smartphone is coming soon to India. It refreshed its Spark 8 smartphone with a gaming-centric SoC just last month in India. But, now the company is preparing to bring a new addition to the series. It looks like the company is planning to bring Tecno Spark 8T into the country. Moreover, the company has now officially confirmed to launch in India soon.
It also revealed at least one official colour variant of the device. Tecno Spark 8T will feature a cyan colour variant once launched in India. Although the launch date is not yet out, an official teaser suggests that it could be introduced in the country within the coming weeks.

Tecno Spark 8T: Everything we know so far
The only information we have so far is from the teaser image above. From the image, it appears to feature at least a dual rear camera setup, which is visible from the poster. The volume keys and the power button are all placed to the right of the smartphone, which is in line with the general design of modern-day smartphones.

To recall, Tecno Spark 8T features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a drop notch housing the front camera. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, along with 4GB RAM and 64GB native storage. The latter can also be increased with support for microSD cards. Interestingly, the smartphone was first launched with a base, 2GB RAM variant. The latter featured MediaTek’s Helio A25 SoC inside.
In terms of camera, Tecno Spark 8 sports a 16-megapixel dual rear camera setup, with a variety of software features that included “AI” based portrait mode, video bokeh and more. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. In terms of connectivity, the Spark 8 features dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, a micro USB port for charging, and a 3.5mm audio port for wired earphones.
