WhatsApp introduces a new update through the Google Play Beta Program. It brings the version up to 2.22.25.10. WhatsApp is bringing out a feature which gives more importance to the push name over the phone number. This comes within chat bubbles to some beta testers.

Meta messenger has recently brought up a version which stands compatible with tablets by using an in-app banner. The app is now bringing another minor feature.
These minor changes in the group chats came to the notice of some beta users after they installed the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.25.9 update from the Play Store.

WhatsApp Push Name Over The Phone Number Introduced
Moreover, the push name replaces the phone number within the chat bubble. It happens for unknown contacts. The phone number takes the place of the secondary label.
WhatsApp is giving more priority to the push name. Well, this pops up immediately as the first label of the chat bubble. This makes the visibility of messages even easier for the users. Even helps recognize messages from unknown contacts within the group chats.
