The smartwatch is said to arrive with square shape dial but the surface is still not known. It may have a 1.69-inch colour AMOLED display. However, if it will have a multi-touch screen is not clear. It is suggested to have 360 x 360-pixel resolution and 301 PPI pixel density. 

The battery capacity is rumoured to be 280 mAh. While the smartwatch may have a battery life of 7 days, there is no mention of charging time. It is said to be compatible with both iOS and Android. 

Rumours surround that the Nothing Wrist 1 may have IP 67 water resistance around 50 metres. It is suggested also to have dust and scratch resistance. Well not precisely pointed but Bluetooth 5.1 version may be introduced in the smartwatch. Plus this is said to have to call feature and GPS. 

The Nothing smartwatch may have a health suite similar to other smartwatches. It may include a stress monitor, female health tracking, calorie count, SpO2 monitor, heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor, and sleep and steps tracking. 

It is also said to have a navigation function, pedometer and altimeter. The smartwatch may even bring alarm clocks, timers, reminders and stopwatches. It is assumed to have around 100+ watch faces and 150 sports modes.
