Oppo has announced a new member to the Oppo A-series, Oppo A92 in the Malaysian market for now but it can come to other countries as well in the coming days. Oppo A92 comes with improved performance and better camera quality.

The OPPO A92 is an unreleased phone in India,  therefore, we cannot provide an accurate price. The phone has eye-catching features and specs that comes with 128 GB internal storage and 8GB RAM. As an alternative, we recommend the newer Oppo Reno series.

Oppo A92 adopts a 3D quad-curve design with the fingerprint sensor mounted smartly over the power button on the left side for quick access. The rectangular quad-camera with an LED flash is located on the top left corner of the rear panel. There is a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner of the display. Oppo A92 has an exquisite body design of a constellation with stars reflecting on the rear panel. The smartphone also has dual stereo speakers to bring the real sounds to you with Dirac Stereo 2.0 sound effect.

Oppo A92 is available in two colour variants – Twilight Black and Shining White.

Oppo A92 features a 6.5-inch ultra-high resolution Neo-design display of FHD+ resolution of 2400 X 1080. The viewing experience is immersive with very less bezels on the sides and with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.5%. The display on the Oppo A92 also comes with a TUV Rheinland certification for eye protection against the blue rays coming out of the display. This allows to automatically adjust the brightness on the basis of ambient light. There is no mention of any high refresh rate on the device.

Oppo A92 is powered by an all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC chipset paired with 8GB RAM of LPDDR4X memory support. To back up the running data on the device, there is a 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage which improves the overall performance. Oppo’s Hyper Boost performance engine enhances the speed of apps and games. Oppo A92 runs on the Color OS 7.1 which now features smart features like dark mode and smart sidebar.

Oppo A92 packs a 48MP AI quad-camera with 48MP main camera, 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and two unique portrait-style lenses. The camera also supports ultra night mode 2.0 for better pictures in the night, free from overexposure. For the videos, Oppo has provided wide-angle video shooting, slow-motion videos at 120fps and 4K video recording as well.

Oppo A92 has been provided with a large battery capacity of 5000 mAh to guarantee an all-day usage to the users. To decrease the time of charging, an 18W fast charger is accompanied in-the-box with Oppo A92.

Oppo A92 does not bring anything new or special from the brand but just adds an addition to the Oppo A-series.
