Poco C3 Launch In India Expected Soon

A tipster took to Telegram to leak the retail box images of the Poco C3. These leaked pictures reveal the price of the Poco C3 in India for the 4GB/64GB variant.

Although the retail box reveals a few other details about the smartphone, the key specifications are still unknown. However, the Poco C3 will reportedly be a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C in India. Morevoer, a Bluetooth SIG listing back in July had revealed the Poco C3 to have similarities with various Redmi 9 phones.

Redmi 9C Specifications

So, if we go by the fact that the Poco C3 will be a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C, the key specifications can definitely be assumed. However, it is important to note that these specifications are just assumptions and the company might tweak them.

To start off, the Redmi 9C features a 6.53-inch HD+ display. This indicates that the Poco C3 might also come with a HD+ display and not a full-HD+ one. On the processor front, the Redmi 9C is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. Additionally, this octa-core processor is paired with up to 4GB of RAM. We can only assume from this that the Poco C3 will use the same processor or maybe even a slightly better one.

When it comes to the cameras, the Redmi 9C features a triple rear camera setup. We can expect to see a triple rear camera setup on the Poco C3 as well.

The Redmi 9C packs a huge 5000mAh battery along with 10W charging support. The Poco C3 might also come with the same battery capacity and charging speed. Furthermore, the Redmi 9C also has an USB Type-C port for charging purposes alongside a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Poco C3 in India might retain these features too, for the good.

Poco C3 Expected Price Details

The leaked retail box images shared by LeakerBaba on Telegram show the front and side view of the box. Furthermore, the side view reveals that the RAM and storage configuration will be that of 4GB/64GB. Moreover, the Poco C3 price in India might be set at Rs. 10,990 going by the images.

Additionally, the images also reveal that the smartphone will come in a Matte Black color option. More color options for the device might be revealed in the coming days. To add to this, the model number of the device on the box is mentioned as M2006C3MI.

Now, this model number has been a part of variety of leaks. Previously, this model number had been spotted on Bluetooth SIG listing where the Poco C3 was placed in a list alongside a bunch of other Redmi 9 series phones. The Redmi 9C had launched in Malaysia so it is possible that the company might launch the same phone in India as the Poco C3.

From the looks of it, the Poco C3 will definitely mark the start of another great series of Poco smartphones in India. This will definitely be the cheapest Poco offering in the country as well upon its release.
