Poco India has released the new Poco F3 GT, which has a variety of gaming capabilities. Poco F3 GT is a rebranded Redmi K40 Gaming Edition that was released in China in April of this year. Let’s learn more about it and then you can determine whether or not it will be your future phone.

Poco F3 GT Price in India

Poco F3 GT, which was unveiled on July 23, comes in three variants, which include 6GB+128GB for Rs 26,999, 8GB+128GB for Rs 28,999, and 8GB+256GB for Rs 30,999. The pre-order period begins on July 24, with the general sale beginning on July 26 on Flipkart.

Poco has announced a new pricing plan in which all models would be Rs 1,000 cheaper in the first week, Rs 500 cheaper in the second week, and standard pricing in the third week.

The phone’s attractions begin with its appearance. The phone sports a Series 7000 Aluminum Alloy frame and glass body design with a pattern on the back and a landscape-oriented Poco logo, which contributes to the device’s gamer atmosphere. The phone includes shoulder trigger buttons on the sides in addition to the volume rocker and power button.  Poco refers to the retractable triggers as GT mag-lev triggers due to the magnetic mechanical system that allows the buttons to be retracted while not in use, preventing any unwanted pushes. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and with an overall weight of 205 grams, Poco F3 GT is a bulky device.

In addition, the Poco F3 GT has a triple camera system on the rear of the phone. The module’s metal frame expands into two lips on either side of the three lenses. As a result, the camera glass is protected from direct touch with most surfaces on which you use your phone.  In addition, the phone has an IP53 rating, which protects it against dust and water splashes, as well.

Poco F3 GT features a 6.6-inch large OLED display with an FHD+ resolution. With a refresh rate of 120Hz and a pixel density of 395 PPI, the screen provides an exciting touch response and crisp images. In addition, the panel supports HDR10+, which provides higher contrast images with excellent colour detail. In addition, the phone has a full-view display that is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

5G-capable MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC powers the Poco F3 GT. As a 6nm chipset, the Dimensity 1200 is designed to enhance 5G mid-range mobile gaming performance. 6GB of RAM and a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU are also included in the SoC. 128GB of inbuilt UFS 3.1 storage increases Poco F3 GT’s speed and enables faster game/app launches. Video, music, pictures, documents, etc. may all be stored on the 128GB of internal storage. It does not have a removable memory card slot for additional space.

Poco F3 GT comes pre-installed with Android OS v11.0.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco F3 GT packs a triple camera setup on the rear. There is a 64MP triple rear camera with a dual-tone LED flash on the phone’s back. The primary camera is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP autofocus macro camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera included in the Poco F3 GT. Furthermore, the primary back camera can capture UHD 4K videos at 30fps.

Poco F3 GT is powered by a 5065mAh Li-Po battery. Under regular usage conditions, a full day’s worth of power is predicted from the phone’s battery. In addition, it comes with an in-box 67W charger that quickly charges the battery and allows you to get back on the screen. The cable is L-shaped to securely hold the smartphone while it charges. For connecting the charger, the Poco F3 GT is designed with a Type-C charging port.

Quite reasonably priced Poco F3 GT offers smooth functioning throughout. The brand has included a 6GB RAM, a strong processing arrangement, a large battery capacity, and excellent camera numbers on both the front and rear sides. It also has IP53 splashproof protection and a front screen covered by Corning Gorilla Glass v5.
