Get ready for another phone that Nokia is launching. We are talking about the Nokia 5310 that was released in 2007 as Nokia 5310 Xpress Music. Launching on June 16th, Nokia did mention that it will maintain its essence of a truly nostalgic music phone for all the music lovers out there.
Talking about the specifications, the Nokia 5310 feature phone brings on-board a 2.4” QVGA color display and will run on Nokia Series 30+ software on-board. It will have a typical physical keypad along with a twin front-facing speaker system that will blast the music like it did more than a decade earlier.
Further, the device will arrive bundled with MediaTek MT6260A processor and will house 8MB of RAM and 16MB of internal storage giving you a true feeling of using a refreshed version of the 2007 phone. Note that it can be expanded to 32GB using a memory card slot.
Next up, talking about the camera, the Nokia 5310 sports a single VGA camera as the back along with a flash and don’t expect it to be the best as it is still a VGA camera, something that we have left almost half a decade earlier. One of the best features that Nokia 5310 will bring on-board is the built-in MP3 player which is something the phone was originally launched in the first place in 2007.
The device will be paired with a 1,200 mAh battery that should keep you powered for quite a few days and in fact, it has a standby duration of 30 days so you are technically covered when it comes to the battery backup. Talking about Nokia 5310 Feature Phone Launch in India, the company under HMD Global took it to Twitter where it has posted a short glimpse at the upcoming phone.
