- Amid the coronavirus lockdown, we have seen a lot of updates coming in from Whatsapp for improving the security of its users and enhancing the overall user experience. It is again reported working on a few new features. Whatsapp will be rolling out a new update for Android and iOS users where they would be able to use the animated stickers. Apart from this new Animates sticker feature, Whatsapp is also working on ‘Search Message by Date’ option to make the messages searching easier for the users.
- Samsung is all set to launch the 2020 edition of televisions in India next week which will be 8K QLED TVs. The starting price of this range of televisions from Samsung is expected to be around Rs.5 lakh. The brand new Samsung 8K QLED TV is speculated to come with real 8K resolution, quantum processor 8K and Quantum HDR. It will also have a screen-to-body ratio of nearly 99 per cent resulting from nearly negligible bezels.
- Google in its latest report said that it will automatically start deleting the location history after 18 months for the new users to make it easier for everyone to access the search option. After the updates Google settings, Youtube’s viewing history for the new users will disappear after 36 months while the web browsing history will remain only until 18 months. These updates come out after the scrutiny faced by Google on its data collection practices.
