    Apple iPhone 12 Live Stream Details

    The much anticipated Apple “Hi, Speed” event is all set to start from 10am PDT today. This converts to 10:30pm IST for all the fellow Indian tech enthusiasts. Moreover, this particular launch event will be streamed virtually from Apple Park unlike the other launch events of the company. The virtual event will be livestreamed via the Apple Events site alongside the company’s YouTube channel.

    The iPhone 12 series of smartphones have been a part of various leaks recently. Going by the leaks and rumors, the iPhone 12 launch event will launch four new models. Moreover, these four smartphones will be the iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max and lastly, the iPhone 12 mini. All these models are said to come with 5G connectivity and moreover, their US counterparts will come with antennae. This antennae is meant to deliver faster mmWave frequencies.

    Additionally, the launch event will most likely launch the new HomePod or over-the-year headphones as well. Previously, it was believed that the company would launch their AirTags as well. However, recent leaks have revealed that this plan might be delayed by Apple.

    iPhone 12 Series Price Details

    When it comes to the pricing of the iPhone 12 series models, a lot has been revealed recently. The iPhone 12 Mini will be the most affordable smartphone in the series with a starting price of $699. This converts to roughly Rs. 51,200 in India. However, this price will definitely go up in India.

    Furthermore, the iPhone 12 starts from $799 which converts to roughly Rs. 58,600. Moreover, the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max price could start from $999 and $1099, respectively. This converts to Rs. 73,200 and Rs. 80,600 in India, respectively.

    Expected Specifications

    The iPhone 12 series of smartphones is expected to come with OLED Super Retina XDR displays. Additionally, the smartphones will come with Ceramic Sheild glass cover on top as well. On the processor front, the iPhone 12 series of smartphones are expected to be powered by the A15 Bionic SoC. Moreover, this processor actually debuted with the latest iPad.

    Additionally, a Weibo report suggests that the upcoming iPhone 12 series smartphones will come with 15W wireless charging support. Also, the post by Weibo suggests that this wireless charging will officially be under the name of MagSafe. This is a brand that was behind the magnetically attached power connectors in MacBooks as well.

    The camera specifications of these smartphones is also going to be very different from each other. While the iPhone 12 and 12 mini are expected to come with dual rear camera setups, the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max will feature triple rear camera setups. Moreover, the third camera in the premium 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max is said to be a LiDAR sensor.

    The iPhone 12 mini being the most affordable smartphone in the series will come with a smaller 5.4-inch display. On the other hand, the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro are likely to come with a larger 6.1-inch display. Moreover, the 12 Pro Max will offer a 6.7-inch display which is the largest of them all.

    The iPhone 12 series is one of the most anticipated series of smartphones this year. The fact that these smartphones will come with 5G is what will take the market by storm, big time.
