Lava Bold N2 5G vs Lava Bold N2 Pro: Design And Display

In terms of design, I would go with the Lava Bold N2 Pro’s back finish and its camera layout. Its Pro model’s design is close to Apple iPhone 16 Pro, and the finishing also looks cool. Even the Bold N2 Pro comes in at a lighter 201 grams, compared to the Lava Bold N2 5G at 210 grams. Both models are dust and water-resistant.

Both models have a 6.75-inch LCD display with a 720×1600 px resolution. Moreover, you will see a 120Hz refresh rate, a bezel-less design, and a punch-hole display. So, overall, both phones are identical, with just a few differences. So, go with Lava Bold N2 Pro if you want an Apple iPhone look in cheaper price.

Lava Bold N2 5G vs Lava Bold N2 Pro: Camera And Battery

Lava Bold N2 5G comes with only a 13MP rear camera along with an AI sensor for better processing. The Lava Bold N2 Pro comes with a 50MP rear camera and an AI sensor. So, in terms of the camera sensor, the clear Lava Bold N2 Pro has an edge over base variants. Moreover, its Pro model comes with an 8MP front camera while the Lava Bold N2 features only a 5MP selfie camera. Both models offers decents camera results in every condition.

Talking about battery, the Lava Bold N2 5G has a clear edge with a 6000mAh capacity, while the Lava Bold N2 Pro has only a 5000mAh capacity. Both models can last almost a full day on a single charge. You will see an 18W charger in both models for a seamless charging experience.

Lava Bold N2 5G vs Lava Bold N2 Pro: Performance and Software

The Lava Bold N2 5G has a more powerful Unisoc T8200 chipset, offering better overall performance, smoother multitasking, and improved gaming capabilities than the Bold N2 Pro’s Unisoc T7250. While both phones can easily handle daily tasks, social media, and video streaming, the Bold N2 5G is the better choice for casual gaming and long-term performance.

Lava Bold N2 5G ships the smartphone with Android 16. While Lava Bold N2 Pro is based on Android 15. The company says the software experience is free from advertisements and pre-installed bloatware. It’s because both models are based on stock Android UI. So, you will not see any pre-installed bloatware.

    Conclusion

Lastly, I would say that it depends on your needs. If you are clear that you need a 5G phone, you can buy the Lava Bold N2 Pro 5G, while its 4G models are also avilable and were launched a few months ago. On the other hand, Lava Bold N2 Pro is better in some areas, especially in Battery and design. However, the Bold N2 Pro is also limited to 4G connectivity, which can be a negative thing, especially in 2026.
