    Highlights of the Story

    • Apple’s iPhone 12 series will turn out expensive than before.
    • They are launching 4 models in the series as per reports.
    • It will come with 5G support.

With the number of leaks in the market on the iPhone 12 series, it looks like a game-changer for the company. Apple was bringing great design, performance, new camera tech with this series. But a recent leak for their pricing created a shockwave.

Apple is said to launch four models namely, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Max, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. The whole series comes with a 5G support system. But changes in the display sizes and more varies the models in the series.

For instance, iPhone 12 comes with a 5.4-inch along with Max 5G with a 6.1-inch. Whereas, the Pro comes with a 6.1-inch and Pro Max with 6.7-inch screen size.

The screen size of the phone is smaller than the iPhone 11 and was expected to come with a drop in price. But, a surge in the price looks like an option right now with this new leak.

A previous tip by a tipster pointed towards a $50 decrease in pricing for the models and Pro models to sell at the same price as before. It looked like a change considering it came with 5G support.

    • Max (6.1-inch) – $799 (64GB), $849 (128GB), $949 (256GB)
    • Pro (6.1-inch) – $1,049 (128GB), $1,149 (256GB), $1,349 (512GB)

Though it is not a drastic surge in the price it will disappoint many upgraders of the phone. It will create a drawback in some committed upgraders to think twice. As the company is also removing the charger and the ear-pod from the box.

Apple seems to have given a lot of thinking to do for customers. The company has confirmed a delay in the launch of the series.
