Great Indian Festival Sale Will Be Live From October 8

According to the teaser posted by Amazon, the Great Indian Festival will begin on October 8. Prime members will get early access to the sale from midnight on October 7. This coincides with Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale, which will also start on October 8, with Flipkart Plus members getting early access from October 7.

The festive season from October to November is essential for e-commerce platforms as they attract maximum traffic and sales due to the heavy discounts. Festive sales constitute about 50 per cent of the gross merchandise sales (GMVs) for e-commerce platforms.

Amazon Will Offer Up To 10 Per Cent Discount On SBI Cards

The sale will offer discounts on devices from Samsung,iQOO, Apple, OnePlus and other Amazon-exclusive phones. Moreover, Amazon is offering three months of No-Cost EMI and up to Rs.60,000 off on exchange. There will also be coupon offers worth Rs.7,000 on mobile phones with the company up to 40 per cent off on phones and accessories.

Some of the Kickstarter deals are already live on the website with offers on phones like Samsung Galaxy S23, Nokia G42 5G, Motorola Razr 40, Tecno Pova 5 Pro, Xiaomi Redmi 10 Power and Lava Agni 2. Moreover, phones like the OnePlus Nord 3, Samsung Galaxy M34 and the Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G will also be available at a cheaper price during the sale.

Amazon has partnered with SBI Bank to offer a 10 per cent discount on its credit and debit cards during the sale. Prime members will also get 1-day delivery and easy returns apart from getting early access to the sale. Amazon Prime membership starts at Rs.299 for one month, Rs.599 for three months, Rs.1499 for twelve months. In addition, there is also a Prime Lite membership for an annual price of Rs.999.
