Why Are Mid-Range Devices Missing From The List?

It quickly becomes clear that several Galaxy devices are missing from the list—such as the Galaxy S21 FE and numerous Galaxy A-series models. That’s because the current timeline applies only to South Korea and includes devices officially released there. However, if Samsung sticks to its usual rollout strategy, a similar schedule can be expected globally. The full rollout is projected to conclude by the end of June 2025, barring any unexpected delays—especially with Android 16 likely launching around the same time.

Interestingly, reports suggest Samsung may skip incremental updates like One UI 7.1 or 7.1.1 altogether. Instead, the company could pivot straight to One UI 8, aiming to maintain its reputation for speedy and efficient software updates.
