Contrary to previous rumours, the Apple iPhone 16 and Apple iPhone 16 Plus display will not get the 90Hz refresh rate upgrade. Both phones will stick to an OLED LTPS panel with a 60Hz refresh.

Furthermore, it means the new iPhones will not get the Always On Display feature and ProMotion for a smoother scrolling experience. The Cupertino Giant will likely stick with these features on the Apple iPhone 16 Pro and Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Pro Models To Get Larger And Better Screens
