The Vivo Y12G has arrived in India with no official announcement. The new Vivo phone comes with two rear cameras and a waterdrop-style notch on the display. The Vivo Y12G comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC and a 20:9 display. Vivo has pre-installed features like Multi-Turbo 3.0 to customize the phone with its own experience. The Vivo Y12G goes up against the Samsung Galaxy M12, Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power, and Poco M2. The smartphone appears to be identical to the Vivo Y12s, which was released in January in India.

The single 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option of the Vivo Y12G comes at a price of Rs. 10,990 in India. The phone is currently available for sale on the Vivo India website in the colours Glacier Blue and Phantom Black. The Vivo Y12G has a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and runs on Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 on top. The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC powers the smartphone along with 3GB of RAM.
A 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens make up the dual rear camera layout. The phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front with an f/1.8 lens for selfies and video chats.

The Vivo Y12G comes with 32GB of internal storage. 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone port are among the connectivity options. An accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are among the sensors onboard. The Y12G comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 10W charging support from Vivo.
