OnePlus 10T vs Nothing Phone 1: Performance

The OnePlus 10T is rumoured to have Qualcomm’s most powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile chipset. The chipset is one of the most impressive processors in the smartphone market right now. Thus, if the phone has this chipset, the OnePlus 10T will offer quick and uninterrupted performance.

Meanwhile, Nothing Phone (1) sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset. The phone performs well during daily tasks, multitasking and playing most high-end games. However, the upper portion of the phone gets a bit warm after 30 minutes of continuous gaming.

Considering the storage options, OnePlus 10T is expected to arrive in two variants, 8GB RAM + 128GB and 12GB RAM + 256GB. On the other hand, the Nothing Phone (1) is available in a single variant – 128GB + 8GB RAM with no expandable storage option.

    Camera

Comparing the OnePlus 10T vs Nothing Phone 1 cameras, the OnePlus 10T is said to have a triple rear camera setup. If leaks are to be believed, the camera setup will headline a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and EIS support.

On the other hand, the Nothing Phone (1) sports a dual rear camera arrangement. The arrangement includes a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The primary camera performs well in daylight, and the pictures have great details with a good amount of brightness.

However, when we look at front cameras, the OnePlus 10T will have a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera. On the other hand, the Nothing Phone (1) also packs a 16MP front camera.

    Battery

The OnePlus 10T is believed to have a 4800mAh battery with 150W fast charging support. On the other hand, the Nothing Phone (1) has a 4500mAh battery with 33W fast charging. However, the phone’s battery does not meet user expectations as the battery could have been better.

The 33W fast charging charges the Nothing Phone (1) up to 100% in 1 hour 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the phone also supports wireless charging, which is relatively slow at 15W.

    Conclusion

The OnePlus 10T is soon arriving in the Indian smartphone market. Thus, we will have further clarification about the above specifications. Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone (1) has an impressive design with a great camera setup and performance. However, the phone could have a battery backup.

Hopefully, the OnePlus 10T vs Nothing Phone 1 lets you choose the best smartphone for yourself.
